Context
We come from a family of first-generation Chinese immigrants who started a new life in Canada.
We’ve witness our parents embody hard work, persistence and creativity and we try to take the same approach with our life and work.
Given the circumstances, they worked night and day to provide.
But they also showed us what’s possible when you bet on yourself.
Steven Zhang
I’m a management consulting manager with a skillset that includes marketing, market studies/research, go-to-market strategies, commercial due diligence, growth strategies, and business + process transformations.
I’ve helped businesses establish themselves, scale operations, or acquire $6 to $10 figure businesses for both small business founders and US fortune 500s. I decided to bet on myself and use what I’ve learned to help founders through my own services.

I spent 5 years doing growth in-house at Turo and L'Oréal where I managed 7-figure budgets & generated $30M+ in revenue.
I started growth consulting on the side and soon realized it’s just so much more fun doing the work without the corporate bs, working directly with founders, and having more agency over my earnings and time.
