Steven Zhang

I was a management consulting manager that tinkered with all kinds of projects in growth strategies, marketing, market studies, go-to-market, M&A commercial due diligence, and business transformations.

I’ve helped businesses establish themselves and scale operations for both mid market founders and US fortune 500 executives alike.

Coming from an immigrant entrepreneur family, my parents had always inspired me to bet on myself. I decided in 2024 that it was time to take what I’ve learned in management consulting and finally do so through my own services.

I left investment banking in 2021 and started creating content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—growing an audience of over 800k followers. Since then, I’ve helped SaaS companies generate 100M+ organic views and have managed over $500k in influencer marketing budgets through our agency.

I spent 5 years doing growth in-house at Turo and L'Oréal where I managed 7-figure budgets & generated $30M+ in revenue.

I started growth consulting on the side and soon realized it’s just so much more fun doing the work without the corporate bs, working directly with founders, and having more agency over my earnings and time.
