What is the turnaround time for ad production?
Creating a wave of ads typically takes 3-4 weeks. The process involves roughly 1 week for researching & scriptwriting, another week for filming, and a final week for editing. Delays may occur if casting actors with precise specifications takes extra time or if extensive revisions are needed (note: timeline illustrated assumes one round of revisions during the scriptwriting phase).
What can i expect once we start to collaborate?
1. Initial Onboarding Call: We start with a meeting to fully grasp your product and target audience, aiming to understand them as deeply as you do. Following this, we provide a selection of actors who fit your ideal customer profile for you to choose from.
2. Brand and Market Research: We dive into your brand, scrutinize your reviews, evaluate your competitors' advertisements, and analyze your customer feedback to craft advertisements that resonate with your customers' needs and aspirations.
3. Script Review: You'll have the opportunity to review the ad scripts. Typically, only one round of revisions is required initially (for the first 1-2 months). After this period, we usually align closely on most aspects.

No long-term commitments in our contracts. You're free to pause or cancel anytime with a 2 week notice, though we don't offer refunds after services have started and fees are charged at a pro-rated basis upon cancellation.
What happens if the ad doesn't perform to expectations?
Should the ad underperform, we'll undertake revisions and strategic adjustments based on both our internal analysis and feedback from you or your audiences.
What if I don't like how the ad looks?
